Doug Penny is SouthSwell’s CMO, leading the charge to help clients reach and exceed their marketing goals. He owns various highly successful businesses in the drug and alcohol treatment space, as well as other thriving companies in the wellness space. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the ABC Club. Doug brings a unique blend of passion, grit, and sales expertise to every account he takes on.

PAUL ALEXANDER

CFO Paul Alexander has worked extensively in the digital marketing arena of behavioral healthcare and is also the Founder of Northbound Treatment Network in Newport Beach, California. With over 25 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, Paul has extensive knowledge of marketing, clinical development, operations, strategy, and financial planning. His comprehensive professional experience, willingness to innovate, and emphasis on organizational health are vital factors in SouthSwell’s continued success. Paul currently serves on The National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) board, as well as, The Family Recovery Foundation board and The CarePossible board in Orange County; both organizations committed to raising funds for treatment for the underserved and former military personnel, as well as their families.

Devin Kostrzewski has helped to drive over 50 million clicks since entering the digital marketing world straight out of college. Since 2012, he has become vastly experienced in organic SEO and the best practices to earn clicks for clients. Through various projects in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, lead generation, ORM, and informational content, Devin has become a world-class SEO expert driving conversions at SouthSwell.

Melissa Good, our Director of Operations, honed her leadership and strategy skills at such places as Prisma Health and ML Tutoring. For the last few years, she has owned and run SouthSwell Staffing, our recruiting branch. She has extensive experience guiding daily operations, system regulations, account management, contracts, billing, staffing, onboarding/training, and more. As a business owner herself, she understands firsthand the need to drive conversions, and she is skilled at designing strategies to meet all client needs.

SouthSwell’s Creative Director, Samantha Dyar, started her career at Liquid I.V., a hydration company that was acquired by multinational Fortune 500 company Unilever one year into her tenure there. She managed all their brand content until she moved on to Beam Organics, one of the top CBD brands in the U.S., in 2021. There, she helped launch new products and supervised copy and creative across all platforms. She’s joined forces with SouthSwell to help ambitious brands to up-level their marketing through clear, compelling content that moves the needle.

Chris Terrazas brings over a decade of highly specialized experience in behavioral health digital marketing. He’s worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Acadia Healthcare, Hazelden Betty Ford, and Galen Mental Health. He lives in Hudson, Wisconsin with his wife and their two young children. When he’s not at work, you’ll find him chasing his kids around, going to baseball games, or throwing the ball around the yard. He loves spending time with his family and making the most of every moment.
